We invited Year 5 and Year 6 parents into school this evening to join our Corroboree.
At the centre of the Saxon Way corroboree was fire: one for each class.
Fire has always been at the centre of peaceful gatherings. Students used the warmth of the occasion to share their voices of what the curriculum has meant for them: what Saxon Way has meant for them.
We had hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows and shared our stories around the fire pits.
