We had such a fantastic time welcoming past pupils, families, former staff and friends back to Saxon Way for our 60th anniversary.
It was especially special to meet people from the very opening of Hillyfields Junior School and hear their wonderful memories and untold stories of their time here.
We were so touched to hear how much former pupils loved their time at the school, and to receive such lovely feedback about the memories and experiences they took away with them.
A school is so much more than its buildings – it is the people, friendships, memories and stories that create its history and legacy.
Thank you to everyone who came, shared a memory and helped make our celebration so special.
60 years of memories. 60 years of community. 60 years of stories.
