Year 6 have been learning about the Jewish Festivals of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur this week and as a result were invited to visit Chatham Memorial Synagogue.
They learned how services in the synagogue are conducted, they saw some of the beautiful Torah scrolls, they learned about traditional clothing and tasted some celebration foods!
